Fee, I can not say that I know your pain; however, I am here for you. I would like for you to consider this....the mask that you were to cover the pain keeps the pain close to you. It hold the pain in. If you would only choose to remove the mask, the pain will have to leave. There would be no container to hold it any longer. Once the mask is removed, you are now free to heal.
