Lost your way you say, not sure about what to do

I can certainly understand that, cause I’ve been there too

I thought it was about my family even thought it was about my friends

Gave everything I had only to find their needs had no end

The more I gave and the harder I tried

It was never enough and each day a piece of me died

I started feeling unappreciated and thinking life was so vicious

Suddenly I realized, I simply misplaced my –licious

-licious you say, what the hell is that

It’s that thang that makes a man say Jumping Jehoshaphat

-licious is the love of self that is only found within

It starts from the inside and exudes through your skin

-licious is the knowing of your self worth

It’s the swelling of your soul’s belly, ready to give birth

-licious is not about your skin, your hair, or being shaped like a bottle

But it is that thang in the words of DaBossBaby, that will make you walk like a model

So divas stand on your feet and lift your head

Look me straight in my eyes and think about what I just said

I said it’s not about your family or even about your friends

Cause all that’ll do is cause you stress and deplete your ends

You’ve got to find your –licious and to thy own self be true
