Listening leads to learning and understanding that which is learned.  Although the two videos reference the &#8216;mis-listening&#8217; in black marriage negotiations, I think it truly reflects the &#8216;mis-listening&#8217; of couples of all ethnic backgrounds.  Issues may be different; however, the outcome is the same&#8230;.no one listening.  Sometimes it helps to JUST SHUT UP.
